Coors Light Exchanging Beer For Quarantine Clutter

Over the last year, a huge portion of America was isolated at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to WalletHub, that social isolation caused an increase in online shopping habits, a form of "comfort buying" meant to reduce stress and boredom.

All of that extra shopping has created a new issue: clutter. That new stuff has to go somewhere, right? But now there is another option besides dealing with it. Instead, you can get in contact with Coors Light.

If that seems weird, that's OK. It probably should at first glance, but it actually makes a lot of sense.

Coors Light is willing to take on that unwanted clutter in exchange for free beer. They'll have trade-in sites this upcoming weekend where you'll be able to swap all of those unwanted items for its weight in free Coors Light.

Then, Coors Light plans to take those unwanted items and donate them to charity.

So here is how it works:

Donating anywhere from one to 10 pounds will land you a 12-pack of Coors Light bottles or cans, 10.1 and 20 pounds gets you a 30-pack, and anything over 20.1 pounds will get you two 30-packs.

So there you have it. If you want to get rid of some of that quarantine clutter, load up the trunk and head to one of those two locations this Saturday. Just make sure you wait until you get home before you crack into that first beer.
