Attention Parents: Start Parenting! Some Kids Are Just Completely Out Of Control | Tomi Lahren

It’s time for another edition of young people in the wild. This time, the habitat is a beach in Savannah, Georgia where spring breakers at the annual Orange Crush gathering turned into imbeciles.

And once again, bystanders do nothing but stand back, laugh and film as wigs, press on nails, fake eyelashes and any remaining dignity goes flying through the salty beach air.

Young people in America are out of control.

From college campus imbeciles to car-jacking teens and, of course, spring break fools, it’s quite obvious we have a major problem and it’s not just these juveniles, I contend that much of this can be blamed on parents- or the lack thereof.

Young people acting this way doesn’t just happen. This is a taught and learned behavior. Whether they are getting it from TV, social media, video games or what have you, it is clear that parents have failed.

Yes, a failure of popular culture and a failure of the education system is also to blame, but I put most of the onus on parents because, at the end of the day, it is not and should not be the responsibility of Hollywood or the school system to raise your child. It is yours.

And I’m directing a lot of this on my fellow Millennials who have decided to pro-create but then derelict their duty as parents.

Your kids have their eyes glued to their phones likely because you too have your eyes glued to your damn phones.

I don’t know if you’re not paying attention or you just don’t care, but I’ve got a bone to pick because your offspring, your children, your students are ruining this place called Earth, for the rest of us.

Harsh? I do not care. It’s true.

I mean just look at these fools on college campuses chanting for Hamas and for terrorist regimes. Who are their parents? Society would like a word with you.

Culture isn’t going to fix this. Educators are not going to fix this. Both are too far gone.

The only solution is parenting.

My fellow Millennials who are parents, I think y’all know YOUR parents would not let you act this way, so why are you allowing your own kids to behave like this?

My mom used to tell me that she is not my friend, she is my parent, and she was exactly right.

Stop trying to be "cool moms" and "cool dads" letting your kids "find themselves."

It’s not working. Tough love is urgently needed, so get to it!

Those are my Final Thoughts. From Nashville, God bless and take care.
