Watch: Insane Ping Pong Rally Video Goes Viral

I don't know about you, but I've been fascinated with the sport of ping pong ever since I saw Forrest Gump rip China's ass up back in '94. Sure, Gump single-handily destroying the Chinese ping pong team is only a movie, but that meant absolutely nothing to me as a kid.

If I'm speaking candidly, it doesn't mean much now either. I enjoy watching talented ping pong play, so of course a viral Twitter video from over the weekend caught my attention. You've got to check this out:

What a rally (not a volley) from these two guys. As someone who still finds dealing with spin difficult, I can certainly appreciate the art of this performance here. Unfortunately, I've come to realize that I'm four years late finding this clip.

Apparently, it's from the 2017 Dusseldorf Table Tennis Championship, but that doesn't make it any less amazing. I've watched it 12 times, and I may go down the ping pong rabbit hole again later on today.
