Washington Wizards Player Going Through Political Awakening

You don't often see NBA talent come out and question Democrats. Washington Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma is going through a political awakening — openly questioning Democrats and their platform that promotes protecting democracy.

Kuzma isn't buying the picture the Democrats are painting, especially after they forced Joe Biden to withdraw from the presidential election. And by asking direct questions, Kuzma stands taller than his NBA peers, who unquestioningly embrace the Democratic Party's progressive vision for America. Kuzma is holding the Democrats' messaging accountable as the party that wants to save democracy.

"So why did democrats want biden out?" Kuzma posted on Sunday afternoon, via X.

The Wizards player also took issue with Vice President Kamala Harris' assumed inheriting of the Democratic nomination after Biden declared his intention to drop out on Sunday.

Kuzma posted, "All these threats to democracy have me thinking why one party didn’t let their party vote for a nominee." Harris is the frontrunner for the Democratic Party nomination after she gained strong support from delegates on Monday. He called the Dems out on their platform that Republicans are ‘threatening’ democracy.

Kuzma, the outspoken NBA forward, continues to speak his mind freely. The former NBA champion's resistance against Democrats has garnered fans' support.

"Seeing all these athletes finally wake up is refreshing," one user posted on X.

"Kyle Kuzmaga?" another added.
