Travis Hunter Jr.'s Fiancée Surprises Him With Custom Pickup Truck For His 21st Birthday
Travis Hunter Jr. is celebrating his 21st birthday with a brand new, custom truck — courtesy of his fiancée, Leanna Lenee.
Lenee surprised Colorado's star two-way player with a Ram 1500 TRX last week, and she worked closely with Dreamwork Motorsports to have it fully customized in just seven days. It's got a custom exhaust, 24-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch tires, and LED accent lighting both inside and outside.
The vehicle also includes a custom logo on the headrests, on the floor mats and in the center of each wheel, Dreamworks founder Adam Wolfe told TMZ.
While we don't know exactly how much Lenee spent on Hunter's gift, we can safely assume it was many pretty pennies. According to Car and Driver, the sticker price of the 2024 Ram 1500 TRX starts at $98,335 and goes up to $119,620. And with all those customizations, you can go ahead and tack on several thousand more.
Of course, haters were quick to jump in the comments and accuse her of using Hunter's own NIL money to buy the truck.
But Lenee — who works as a nurse and also earns money from the couple's YouTube channel — clapped back: "you wanna see my bank statements? like what," followed by three laughing emojis.
In November, Hunter gifted Lenee, a Tesla Model X — matte black — with a custom Hello Kitty car wrap. In February, he popped the question with a diamond ring that definitely didn't look like it came from Walmart. So maybe the truck was just her way of returning the favor.

Regardless, Hunter will be driving around Boulder in style during his second season at Colorado, where he'll continue playing both wide receiver and corner for the Buffaloes. In 2023, he made 57 catches for five touchdowns, while also recording 30 tackles and three interceptions.
