Tampa Bay's Taylor Walls Shows Support For Donald Trump With In-Game Celebration

Taylor Walls showed during Sunday's game against the New York Yankees that he supports Donald Trump.

Earlier, Walls recorded a double against the Bronx Bombers. As he trotted into second base, he engaged in a celebration with his teammates who were sitting in the dugout.

I’m pretty sure you can guess which person he was imitating. I mean, how many people in recent memory other than Donald Trump have done that exact pose while saying those words? Naturally, there was a mix of positive and negative reactions to both celebrations on X.

Quite frankly, I find this absolutely hilarious. He isn't overtly shoving a political agenda down our throats (that’s what the left uses sport for), he was using an iconic pose from a famous moment used by a prominent figure to hype up his teammates.

And there’s nothing wrong with that.

The Rays ending up winning the series thanks to a 6-4 win this afternoon.
