Simone Biles Congratulates Hubby After Signing With Chicago
Simone Biles' NFL hubby made the switch from Green Bay to Chicago, meaning the four-time gold medalist is also on the move.
Packers safety Jonathan Owens, 28, agreed to join the Bears, the Packers' in-divisional rival, on a two-year, $4.5 million deal, announced on Tuesday.
Owens' stint with Green Bay may not have lasted long, but the power couple left an indelible mark on the Packers' 2023 season.
Biles and Owens were poised to be the league's premier celebrity pairing until Taylor Swift came along and started dating Travis Kelce, which completely overshadowed the former pair.

Owens famously met Biles on a dating app, with little knowledge of her decorated career, which rubbed people the wrong way last year until Biles stepped in to settle things.
She jumped for joy, on social media, over Owens' new contract with Chicago.
The celebrated Olympic gymnast voiced her excitement for Owens on social media but also gave a sweet goodbye to the Packers faithful who supported Owens. Biles and Owens have been married since 2022; first meeting on the dating app, Raya, in 2020.
"I just wanted to say thank you packer nation for embracing my husband & I love green bay will always hold a special place in our hearts! … CHICAGO HERE HE COMES," Biles posted on X.
"I’m so excited about not having a connecting flight to go & see my husband," she added.
"Also I just love the city of Chicago," Biles further clarified.
Entering the league as an undrafted free agent, Owens went on to play for the Houston Texans and Packers before landing in the Windy City.
Congrats to the happy couple!
