Sean Strickland Releases Full Video Of Him Pulverizing Navy SEAL In Training Fight

A longer video of Sean Strickland sparring with a Navy SEAL is out, and it's even worse than the initial footage that hit the web.

The UFC superstar has been beefing with the SEALs for a bit at this point after he claimed they couldn't match him training. There were some hardos that released weird videos calling out Strickland, and others like Andy Stumpf took a more measured approach with the fighter's claim. As I've said before, one of my SEAL Team 6 buddies bluntly told me there's no SEAL who would have a shot in a fight against the UFC sensation.

Well, former SEAL turned MMA fighter Mitch Aguiar put it to the test, and some short footage that circulated social media showed Strickland hammering him in brutal fashion. The full video isn't any better.

Sean Strickland releases full video of training fight against Navy SEAL.

Strickland did nothing more than really toy and play with Aguiar, and while the former SEAL never got knocked out, it was only because Strickland clearly didn't want to hurt him. There was nothing the UFC fighter wanted to do that he couldn't. However, he also showered his opponent with praise after the butt kicking.

Following the beatdown, Strickland said Aguiar was "tough as nails" and that he has his "respect" following one hell of a training fight.

You can watch the fight unfold in the video below starting around 7:43, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com

I hope we can finally put this very dumb debate to rest. Navy SEALs are awesome warriors who are very good at killing the enemy, and they're a *VERY* important asset in America's military arsenal. However, Sean Strickland is one of the best fighters to ever live.

Unless you're a highly-ranked UFC fighter, you simply have no shot of keeping up with him. None. That's why we should all give Aguiar his props for agreeing to get in the cage against Strickland.

Yes, he's a trained MMA fighter himself, but let's all be honest. He never had a shot to win, and he agreed to do it anyway. That takes some serious guts.
