Reggie Miller Trolls Knicks After Pacers Get Last Laugh With Playoff Series Win

The New York Knicks may have thrown the first punch, but Reggie Miller and his Indiana Pacers landed the knockout blow in Madison Square Garden on Sunday, and the Hall of Famer enjoyed every second of the moment.

During the Knicks' win in Game 2 in the seven-game series against the Pacers, loud chants of ‘Fu-k You Reggie’ broke out inside MSG with the former Pacer on the call for TNT. As the Knicks pulled away late in the fourth quarter, New York star Josh Hart made his way over to Miller at the scorer's table and told him "I don't know if you heart, but I think they said ‘fu-k you.’"

Despite grabbing a 2-0 series lead, the Pacers won Games 3 and 4 before forcing Game 7 on Sunday afternoon against what was ultimately an incredibly banged-up New York squad.

The Pacers jumped out to a 12-point lead at the end of the first quarter and never looked back, ultimately winning Game 7 130-109.

After Indiana clinched the series, Miller immediately jumped on Instagram and recalled the moment Hart came up to him and trolled him during Game 2.

"When the series CHANGED!!" Miller wrote. "Jalen Brunson you’re a true BALLER, been the best player in these playoffs, but you and your boys can all heal up together on some beautiful beaches in Cancun, please enjoy!! #PacersKnicksRivalryLives #GodDontLikeUgly."

It's fair to say that Miller thoroughly enjoyed seeing his former team get the last laugh against the Knicks after they did him dirty early on in the series.

Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton, who scored 26 points in Game 7, had the Reggie Miller vibes going as he wore a Miller-inspired sweatshirt with the famous picture of his hands around his neck across the front of it.

Now, the Pacers will square off against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals looking to return to the NBA Finals for the first time since the 1999-2000 season where they ultimately lost to the Los Angeles Lakers in six games.
