Rashee Rice's Entire Neighborhood Lines Up To Send Chiefs WR Off To Super Bowl

Kansas City Chiefs players are traveling to Las Vegas on Sunday to get ready for the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers. Travis Kelce said he couldn't attend the Grammy Awards to support Taylor Swift because Sunday is a travel day. Rashee Rice headed to the airport in style, with his entire neighborhood in full support.

Rice videoed the experience from his car and posted it on Instagram.

This is pretty cool to see the neighborhood come together around Rashee Rice and the Kansas City Chiefs. It's not quite the same as Buffalo Bills fans showing up to players' houses to help them shovel their driveways so they can get to the airport, but still very cool.

Speaking of Rashee Rice, the Chiefs need a big performance out of him on Super Bowl Sunday. The team has been desperate to find a wide receiver for Patrick Mahomes to throw the ball to since Tyreek Hill left.

In a season marred by terrible drops from Kadaius Toney, Kansas City hoped Rice would break out as a rookie. And, breakout he has.

Rice has 223 yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs three playoff victories, two coming on the road.

Dating back to the regular season, Rice is averaging 7 catches and 82 yards receiving over his past nine games. Mahomes is looking his way very often: the star quarterback targets Rice nine times per game over that same stretch.

Rice provides a speedy secondary option to tight end Travis Kelce, who dominates the middle of the field.

The Chiefs are going to need everyone to step up if they're going to knock off the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl.

That definitely includes Rice.
