Notre Dame Unveils Horrible Football Uniforms, Gets Promptly Roasted

Notre Dame is getting cooked for its uniforms for the team's Shamrock series game this season.

The Fighting Irish will take the field Nov. 23 in the Bronx at Yankee Stadium for a showdown against Army, and prayers up to anyone's eyes that manages to see the game.

Notre Dame's Shamrock Series uniforms feature blinding gold numbers that are beyond ugly, bordering on offensive.

Take a look for yourself below.

Notre Dame roasted for Shamrock Series football uniforms.

These uniforms are clearly very ugly, but you don't have to take my word for it. Plenty of people online feel the same. Check out some of the reactions below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com:

Are there some people showing support? For sure, but even the most unlikable candidate in politics generally gets a few votes. It's no different when it comes to football uniforms.

These are going to look awful on TV. I can tell the numbers featured in the photos are 20 and 88. However, I had to squint to see the 88, and at full speed in a live action game, there is no chance the average fan can see anything.

This is a massive miss from Under Armour. Ugly doesn't even begin to sum it up.
