Michigan QB Recruit Takes Not-So-Subtle Savage Shot At Ohio State

Michigan QB recruit Brady Hart isn't afraid to stir the pot.

Hart committed to the Wolverines on Tuesday, and the four-star QB in the 2026 class will certainly enter Ann Arbor with plenty of expectations on his shoulders.

He's also going to make sure Ohio State fans hate his guts before he suits up and throws a single pass for Sherrone Moore's team.

Michigan commit Brady Hart takes shot at Ohio State

Following his commitment to the Wolverines, Hart spoke with On3, and dropped a quote about Ohio State's culture - or lack thereof - that will make the rounds on OSU boards for years to come.

"When I walked out of Ohio State, I realized the culture that Michigan has isn't everywhere. There is not a place like Michigan. The ability to win is a huge thing for me, and the ability to win at a high level and compete for a national championship every year is huge. I can’t wait to be a part of it," Hart told the outlet (via SI.com).

I believe this is what the kids like to call bulletin board material. Did Hart mean anything by it? Probably not, but the bullet has left the gun at this point.

There's no bringing those words back, and you can guarantee Ohio State fans aren't going to let it go. The Buckeyes have lost three straight games to Michigan.

They've been emasculated and embarrassed in three straight matchups. OSU fans are down bad…..and they now have to deal with a kid pointing out what he believes is a lack of culture.

This has the potential to go full WWE, and Hart is years away from really having a shot at being QB1 for Michigan. Is he the villain the people want in Ann Arbor? The potential certainly appears to be there.

At a minimum, he has the skills to troll the Buckeyes.

We'll see how fans respond to Hart, and I can't wait to see it unfold. Let me know what you think of his comments at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
