LeBron James Called 'Sore Loser' For Storming Off Court In Humiliating Loss Against Kings

GOAT to WOAT.

LeBron James walked out on the Lakers with 3:56 left in Wednesday's game against the Sacramento Kings.

Unable to stomach the 122-108 deficit, James outright abandoned his team, like (as the Internet's saying) a "sore loser."

The same King James who "hates the spotlight" and is reportedly heckling coach Darvin Ham, so it's not too difficult to fathom him leaving in the middle of a game.

At 39-years-old, is James really going to stick it out in LA? Doesn't look too promising; for James or Darvin Ham.

WATCH:

The social media reactions weren't kind to James, calling him out for LeQuitting on his team.

"Bye and don’t come back," one person responded.

"Fake an injury, so they can blame the loss on his team," an X user reacted.

One bettor mourned: "Bro just gave up on my parlay."

The Kings sealed the deal against LA, 130-120.

Sure, the Lakers weren't going to pull off a comeback.

After all, the Lakers bench had a putrid performance and the team once again got screwed over by their backcourt; D'Angelo Russell struggled to shoot and Austin Reaves got cooked on defense.

With all that in mind, you still want to see the so-called GOAT and team leader (AND face of the NBA) stick it out with his team.

Sitting at 34-29, the Lakers flip between the ninth and 10th slot in the West, in a tug-of-war with the Golden State Warriors.

As of late, the Warriors have been playing like a top-to-mid-tier conference team, a superior identity to the current (failing) Lakers.

As the Lakers mull giving LeBron a statue in Los Angeles, perhaps they should consider whether James' passion as a Laker matches that of legends like Magic, Shaq, Kobe, or Kareem. By that standard … probably a no-go on the statue idea.

If it turns out to be a tweaked ankle or something that pops up on the injury report for The Chosen One, you're gonna tell me he couldn't wait three minutes till the game ended? Bogus.
