Larry Bird Stars In Hilarious All-State 'Mayhem' Commercial
Larry Legend
Don't adjust your television set, folks! That's actually NBA legend Larry Bird, 67, starring in an All-State commercial.
Featured during Sunday's Oscars festivities, All-State released its signature "Mayhem"-style commercials, featuring a crazy bird causing a mess in Larry Bird's attic.
Whether it's fictional or a real scene at the Bird residence, sports fans who accidentally flipped over to ABC had to wonder, did All-State back up the Brinks truck to coax ol' Larry into a commercial? Or is the Indiana State / Celtics star in need of some dough?

Unsurprisingly, the All-State commercial of Bird chasing a bird with a lacrosse stick and falling through floorboards was more entertaining than the Jimmy Kimmel-hosted Oscars.
