Kevin Durant Confronts Pathetic Hecklers Before Mavs Showdown

NBA players often display a short fuse, but sometimes … the fans are the ones acting like imbeciles. Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant approached two fans ahead of Thursday's game at American Airlines Center after one of them called him a "b*tch."

KD and the Suns team ran onto the court for pre-game warmups, but the 16-year vet stopped in his tracks when a couple threw verbal jabs. Durant approached the couple; the woman tried to reach out for a handshake to make peace with Durant after the fact and the man tried justifying his heckling, calling himself a "podcaster" looking for content.

Pathetic.

According to WFAA's Jonah Javad, security asked Durant if he wanted the hecklers escorted out of American Airlines Center. KD declined, allowing the pests to stick around.

Usually, NBA players look silly for losing their cool against hecklers. 

This time, Durant handled himself under pressure and the hecklers looked cowardly for trying to start something they couldn't finish.
