Kelly Stafford Reacts To Harrison Butker Outrage With Simple Message
Kelly Stafford shared a pretty simple message in reaction to the outrage surrounding Harrison Butker.
The Chiefs kicker continues to face pressure from the outrage mob following a commencement speech where he promoted traditional family values and encouraged people to get married and have kids.
Specifically, people seem most outraged at the idea he praised the idea that women can be at their happiest as homemakers - not in corporate America.
He's a devout Christian and was speaking at a Benedictine College - a Catholic school. Yet, people have chosen to target him for cancelation.

Now, Kelly Stafford has weighed in with a reaction that is pretty down the middle. She posted a lengthy statement on Instagram making one point clear: People have to make choices for themselves, and nobody should be shamed for the choices they make.
"I'm happy and I thrive at home with being a homemaker, but that's not every woman's story nor should it have to be. Some women choose not to stay home and some women don't have the luxury to choose. We all might not agree on everything, but I think we all want the same end goal, a better world for our kids. I think supporting and encouraging women and men in whatever roles they choose is a great first step towards that goal," the wife of Rams QB Matthew Stafford wrote, in part, in the now-viral post.

Overall, it seems like Kelly Stafford has taken a very down the middle of the road approach. Her message isn't complex or hard to figure out.
People have to make their own choices and not everyone's story is going to be the same. She's 100% correct, and she's also setting an example of how you can engage on a subject without losing your mind.
Also, do people in the woke outrage mob know it's okay to simply disagree and move on? Nobody is forcing anyone to live by Harrison Butker's worldview. Nobody is forcing any woman to get married and have kids.
Yet, judging by the reaction from the woke mob, you'd think Harrison Butker is the worst person in the world. That's not true at all, and I won't apologize for pointing out facts.
