Some NFL fans don't seem too impressed with Jared Goff landing a huge extension with the Detroit Lions.

The former first overall pick agreed to a new four-year extension with the Lions worth up to $212 million. The deal includes $170 million guaranteed for Goff.

It's a sign the Lions are committed to him after he led Detroit to its best season in decades. However, that doesn't mean fans across the league are impressed.

To be clear, there are also plenty of people showing support and congratulating Goff, but we all know that's not nearly as funny as people overreacting.

At the end of the day, the NFL is a league where winning gets QBs paid. Detroit had been a joke for decades. It was almost like the team enjoyed losing.

Then, Jared Goff was acquired from the Rams, Dan Campbell built a new culture and the Lions came within one blown half of football from making the Super Bowl.
