Knicks Fan Swarm 76ers' Home Game, Break Out In 'F**k Joel Embid' Chant

Sunday's Game 4 between the Knicks and the 76ers in Philadelphia didn't sound like a home game for the Sixers.

The New York faithful showed up for their team and turned Wells Fargo Arena into a Knicks hive.

New York fans showed up in waves to watch their Knicks take a 3-1 series lead over the Sixers. The Knicks' hard-fought 97-92 win was helped along by a historic performance from Jalen Brunson and a bad day at the office for Sixers big Joel Embiid. The 76ers center finished with 27 points but failed to score from the field in a tense fourth quarter.

In route to scoring 47 points, Brunson's big-time moments spawned major ‘MVP’ chants from fans.

After the Knicks win, NY fans chanted "F**k Embiid" inside the Wells Fargo Center lobby.

Visiting NY fans dressed the Philly legend Wilt Chamberlain statue in a Knicks jersey outside the venue.

Knicks fans roared for their team during the game, riling up cheers for the Knicks during the crucial Game 4 match.

Brunson also made Knicks history on Sunday. The 27-year-old's 47-point performance topped Bernard King's mark for most points scored in a playoff game.

King tallied 46 in 1984, and Brunson — facing a free throw in the final seconds of Sunday's win — hit from the charity stripe to dethrone King. Brunson's ascension has been impressive for a storied franchise like New York. Brunson is now mentioned in the same echelon as King and Patrick Ewing.

New York had to climb from a 12-point deficit to take the lead. In the second half, the Knicks nearly surrendered their lead off a brief but vital cold streak in the fourth by Brunson.
