Watch A Fan Get Choked And Punched Out After Jumping Into Wrestling Ring

An idiot fan decided to hop over a barricade and jump into the RuggedPro wrestling ring this weekend before being choked out by one of the wrestlers.

An idiot fan decided to jump over a barricade, hop into a wrestling ring and begin fighting one of the wrestlers!

Probably not the best or brightest idea (shocking!) because the fan would then proceed to get the crap kicked out of him before then getting choked out!

The fan was attending the RUGGEDpro Wrestling championship match in Iowa over the weekend when he decided to take the "oh, wrestling is fake!" narrative to the extreme and realized that no, it's actually very, very real.

Watch the drama unfold here:

BONEHEAD MOVE

At first, bystanders thought that the random middle-aged guy who ran into the ring was part of the show. However, once he started throwing - and connecting with punches before then hiptossing the wrestler, fans suddenly realized that it was not part of any script.

Suddenly, the winner of the match - wrestler and new heavyweight champion "All Steel" J Fowler grabbed the guy and immediately made him regret his stupid decision to step into the wrestling world. Fowler legit begins choking this guy so much that I thought his head was going to pop off.

The best part? Homeboy started tapping out on the mat trying to get Fowler to stop.

Sorry bro, that's not how it works.

ADVICE FOR ALL: DON'T DO THIS

Eventually, one of the local photographers actually had to step in to defuse the situation before other security members grabbed the guy and took him outside as he was still trying to get back into the ring after being humiliated in front of the live crowd.

Oh, and Puff Daddy's "Bad Boys For Life" is playing in the background the entire time, because of course it is.

BONUS: Check out this video of a WWE fan getting absolutely PUMMELED by Triple H when he jumped into a WWE ring. You'd think people would learn their lesson after seeing this:

Sure, Caitlin Clark is cool and all but if you want REAL entertainment in the state of Iowa, you need to head to your local wrestling match. Just make sure to stay in your seat!
