Dustin Johnson Gives Most-Incredible Answer When Asked About Jon Rahm's Masters Champions Dinner Menu

There may be nothing the golf media loves more each year than asking former Masters winners about the menu for the yearly Champions Dinner presented by the defending green jacket winner. Dustin Johnson, the 2020 Masters champ, will be in attendance for the dinner in April, and he's excited about Jon Rahm's extensive Spanish menu

Well, maybe not the entire menu, but he's certainly fired up about the ham.

The menu Rahm put together is one of the most-loaded ones we've ever seen. It features six different tapas y pintxos, a first course, two options for the main course, and of course a dessert.

Of all the items on the menu that features plenty of words most non-Spanish speaking people can even pronounce, Johnson's attention immediately went to the very first item listed, the ham.

"I have seen the menu, I'm sure it's going to be fantastic," Johnson said on a LIV Golf conference call, according to Golf Digest. I did know the [Ibericos] ham, obviously from playing in Spain last year. I ate a lot of the ham, so I know that's going to be great."

DJ letting the world know he ate a lot of Iberico ham in Spain a year ago and is therefore excited to eat it again at Augusta National isn't the funniest part of the story, the comment he shared next is.

"I love Spanish food, I'm just not that familiar with it. But I can imagine it's going to be great."

Absolutely incredible. ‘I love Spanish food, I know little to nothing about it, but it’s going to be great.'

This is like someone going to a sushi joint and saying ‘yeah, I don't know much about sushi, but I have had a California roll from my local grocery store, so I bet everything else is going to be great.'

DJ betting on Rahm's menu being great is a safe one given that we're talking about a dinner being served at Augusta National, a place where a bad meal has perhaps never been served.
