Draymond Green Calls Out Warriors' Postgame Host After He Had The Audacity To Criticize His Clown Behavior

Draymond Green is the type of guy who keeps receipts. Anytime anyone says anything about him - specifically anything remotely critical at all - Green stores it in the vault to bring it up when the moment is right, and one of those occasions presented itself following the Warriors win over the Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Thursday.

Green jumped on Golden State's postgame show for a quick interview with Festus Ezeli, Bonta Hill, and Chris Mullin of NBC Sports Bay Area. Hill asked him the stereotypical ‘How did it feel getting a win at MSG’ question, which is when things got awkward.

Apparently, Hill shared some critical comments about Green earlier in the season when he was indefinitely suspended by the league after sucker-punching Phoenix's Jusuf Nurkic

Green wasn't letting Hill off the hook.

"Bonta, I’m shocked you’re talking to me. The way you were talking about me when I got suspended, I am very shocked you’re talking to me," said Green. Hill then repeated his question to which Green gave him a five-word answer, "It's always a fun game."

It's unclear the exact comments from Hill that Green is referring to, but a clip of Hill talking about the Warriors' culture being fractured due to Green's suspension resurfaced after their awkward exchange on Thursday night.

Whether it's that exact clip of Hill being critical of Green or not is irrelevant, this is just the latest example of Green's clown-like behavior and inability to take criticism.

In November, Green put Rudy Gobert in a full-blown chokehold in the middle of a game and was suspended for five games. A month later he decided to get in a sparring session with Nurkic on the floor without informing Nurkic he was doing so and ultimately missed 16 games during his indefinite suspension.

Those two suspensions alone forced him to miss an extended period of time, undoubtedly hurting Golden State's chemistry both on and off the floor.

Following his return from the lengthy suspension, Green vowed that he'd be removing the antics from his game, but it's clear that his antics off the floor are still clicking at an elite level.
