Danica Patrick Keeps Her Reaction To Biden News Short And Sweet

Danica Patrick's years behind the wheel of a racecar appear to be behind her, but she's leaning into the second leg of her career in media and giving her takes on politics, and she kept it short and sweet while reacting to news that Joe Biden will bow out of the 2024 Presidential Election.

I don't know about you, but I feel like the hours after Biden announced he was calling it a presidency was one of those, "Now, this is why we have social media" moments, with all kinds of fantastic commentary, jokes, and memes ping-ponging around the internet.

There's just been so much funny and thought-provoking stuff, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that Patrick — who has been known to throw down some social media heaters with regularity — would be getting in on the fun.

There's not much that needs to be said that hasn't already been said about the current situation on the Democratic side of the ballet, so Danica kept her thoughts brief, sharing a post from former Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to her Instagram story and adding her own quick thought.

"We’re not running against a candidate," Ramaswamy wrote. We’re running against a system.

Danica's response to that idea?

"Exactly," Danica wrote.

She also shared a video of Sage Steele talking about how we should all be disappointed that the Democrats let the situation get to this point when it was clear that all has not been well for Biden over the last few years.

Patrick commented, "So true."

I mean, I don't know what else there is to add to what Ramaswamy and Steele said. It's pretty wild that the same people who claimed that Trump was an existential threat to democracy told democracy to pound sand the second that they realized their guy wasn't going to cut the mustard in the general election.

You'd think that would bother voters, and surely it does bother those who aren't blindly toeing the party line and instead want what's best for our country.

Ramaswamy gets it. Sage Steele gets it. Clearly, Danica gets it too.

I think a lot of us agree with them as well.
