Charles Barkley Gets Schooled On Joining Instagram, OnlyFans and Sliding Into DMs

Charles Barkley dropped a major announcement on ‘Inside the NBA’ on Thursday night.

Chuck revealed that he officially joined Instagram. Barkley's jumping into social media, even if he's got zero clue what a "DM" or "OnlyFans" means.

The bombshell news stunned Kenny Smith, Adam Lefkoe and Shaq.

"So you gonna be sliding into people’s DMs [direct messages]?" Kenny Smith eagerly asked Chuck on Thursday, previewing the slate of primetime NBA games.

Barkley then received a horrible tutorial from his fellow broadcasters on handling a social media account. Chuck received an introductory lesson on ‘sliding into DMs' and having your ‘likes’ scoped by haters.

Shaq shared the best advice of the bunch: encouraging Barkley to ‘hashtag' OnlyFans on all his posts to get in touch with friendly online accounts.

Charles Barkley on social media sounds equally genius and prime for disaster.

"When you like something, other people can see it, so just be careful please," Lefkoe warned.

Chuck's first post dropped on Feb. 9, and he's stayed active on the platform.

Barkley posted photos of himself alongside UFC chief Dana White, Rams wideout Puka Nacua and music producer DJ Khaled. He also shared promotional photos of his Redmont Vodka alcohol. Barkley is the majority owner of the Birmingham-based distillery.

Chuck's brutally honest takes are the rare bit of common sense left in the NBA media, so it's great to see the 61-year-old content machine on another platform.

Just look out for those disgruntled NBA players jumping into the DMs to incite beef, which Shaq learned the hard way with Nets guard Ben Simmons.
