Caitlin Clark Earns Technical Foul After Appearing To Drop Fired Up F-Bomb: VIDEO

Caitlin Clark was fired up Monday night against the Connecticut Sun.

The Fever fell to 0-4 to start the season after dropping the game 88-84. Clark finished the matchup with 17 points, three rebounds and five assists. Not an awful stat line, but she also cost herself with a late technical foul in the losing effort.

The former Iowa star blew her lid after a turnover where she appeared to think she was fouled. You can watch the moment unfold below.

Caitlin Clark earns technical foul in latest loss.

The initial broadcast footage didn't make it clear what had been said by the talented rookie guard. However, a second angle showing the interaction between Clark and the ref seemed to indicate she told the ref to "call a f*cking foul."

If you're going to get T'd up, you might as well earn it. You can watch the fired up moment below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Say whatever you want about the former Hawkeyes phenom, but the one thing you can't say is that she's boring. The Indiana Fever are terrible, the team has very little talent around Clark and it seems like the season is going to be a disaster.

Yet, people are still talking about Clark. Through four games, she's averaging 17 points per game, four rebounds per game and 5.5 assists per game. Her stats aren't bad at all, but the team is sitting with an awful 0-4 record.

Two of those losses were horrible blowouts. It certainly appears like frustration is growing with Clark, and things hit a boiling point when she thought the refs missed a call against the Sun.

If you're going to appear to drop an f-bomb, then you're probably going to get T'd up.

In all seriousness, the WNBA must be loving all this attention. The Fever haven't won a game yet this season, and they're still talked about nonstop. Welcome to the Caitlin Clark era. Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
