Normally Cool Caitlin Clark Loses Temper Against Seattle's Victoria Vivians And Gets Flagged With A Tech

The Indiana Fever star is heating up! Women's basketball phenom Caitlin Clark was assessed a technical foul during Thursday's game against Seattle Storm guard Victoria Vivians.

Like most of the WNBA, Vivians has a target set on Caitlin Clark's back. As Clark's primary defender, Vivians tried playing the mind game.

People wanted fiery Caitlin Clark … and we finally got her!

Clark didn't hold back this time.

Clark didn't simply bump into Vivians; she deliberately pursued the Seattle player after knocking down a long three-point shot.

The oft-cool Clark lost her temper and barked back at Vivians during the second quarter, with the Storm up by six. This led to a double technical assessment of the players as they squared up, looking for a brawl.

Teammates jumped in to break up Clark and Vivians, and the game continued. Still, it was neat watching Clark show some bite after all the jealousy aimed her way since she entered the pros.

Despite the Fever's sliding record at 1-7, Clark's individual performances have been spectacular.

On Wednesday, facing Cameron Brink's Los Angeles Spark, Caitlin became the fastest rookie in WNBA history to record 100 points and 50 assists. Clark and the Fever picked up their first win of the season against the Sparks in their first matchup last Friday.
