Bryson DeChambeau Announces YouTube Golf Video With Donald Trump That Could Very Well Break The Internet
Bryson DeChambeau and former President Donald Trump are teaming up for a YouTube video on the two-time major winner's channel that will undoubtedly put up record numbers on the platform.
DeChambeau, who won his second U.S. Open at Pinehurst this summer, has put in serious effort in growing his YouTube channel over the last year or so, having already earned 845,000 followers. One of his most popular series is something called ‘Break 50' where he invites massive personalities from both inside and outside the golf world to play in a scramble to try and shoot 49 or better over the course of 18 holes.
Former Masters winner Sergio Garcia and social media superstar Paige Spiranac are among the biggest names to team up with DeChambeau in the series, and now it's Donald Trump's turn.
DeChambeau shared a quick teaser clip for the video to his Instagram account on Monday showing himself and the former President standing on a green folding their arms.
Trump's golf game has been a major talking point for years now, and it came to the forefront of conversation yet again after he and President Joe Biden got into a shouting match about their respective games during their debate in June.
The former President claims to be a single-digit handicap and a winner of dozens (maybe hundreds) of club championships and now we'll get an inside look at his abilities on the course alongside one of the best players on the planet.
The most-watched video on DeChambeau's YouTube channel at the moment is a match between himself and Phil Mickelson that was uploaded 11 months ago. That video has picked up over 3 million views.
DeChambeau's video with Trump could very well earn 3 million views in less than 24 hours after being uploaded.
The 30-year-old DeChambeau and Trump have a long relationship as the now-LIV Golfer has been sponsored by Trump in the past. One of DeChambeau's first stops after winning this year's U.S. Open happened to be Trump National Golf Club in New York where he chugged wine from the major championship trophy alongside Eric Trump.
