Bronny James Roasted On Social Media For Not Being Drafted In First Round

Bronny James, hopefully, stayed off social media Wednesday night.

The first round of the NBA Draft was held Wednesday night, and the second round will be tonight. There has been nonstop talk about where LeBron's son will go, and the hype doesn't make much sense. His college stats don't justify him being an NBA player at all.

The under-sized guard averaged 4.8 points per game, 2.8 rebounds per game, 2.1 assists per game and shot a horrible 36.6% from the field and 26.7% from three in 25 games for the USC Trojans this past college season.

Bronny James doesn't get drafted in the first round.

Yet, many people thought there was a real chance he might go in the first round just because of who his dad is. Well, that didn't happen, and people had plenty of jokes on social media. Check out some of the best below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

The internet is truly an awesome place, and these kinds of reactions were inevitable. There is simply no justification for Bronny going in the first round or second round. He isn't close to being ready to be an NBA player.

However, thanks to who his dad is - the most famous basketball player on the planet - there's a solid chance Bronny will get picked at some point today.

Where will he go? I don't know, but it's now or never for the former USC guard.

If Bronny James goes completely undrafted, then you're going to see X melt down, and I can't wait. The reactions will be incredible. Hit me with your predictions at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
