Boxing Champ Ryan Garcia Endorses Trump, Shadowboxes For Presidential Candidate At Mar-A-Lago
Rising and controversial boxer Ryan Garcia traveled to Mar-a-Lago to show off his boxing skills in front of former President Donald Trump while also endorsing him for November's election.
On Friday, the 25-year-old Garcia posted multiple videos of the two meeting, before Garcia then began shadowboxing in the middle of the hallway as Trump and other colleagues looked on and began clapping and cheering him on. The video is both hilarious as well as awkward at times.
GARCIA ENDORSES TRUMP
If that wasn't enough, suddenly In the middle of his boxing routine, Garcia then shouts out "Donald Trump 2024!," while captioning the post, "Trump is my friend!" in a video that is sure to make both the Garcia and Trump haters furious.
Both Garcia and Trump have at least one thing in common - they are both underdogs and weren't given much of a chance before both came up with big victories. Trump rose from being considered a joke of a candidate to actually winning the 2020 Presidency, while Garcia was a massive underdog before beating the undefeated Devin Haney earlier this month. And for anyone who follows both men on social media, they're aware that both don't hold back their thoughts there either, with both frequently lashing out at critics.
GARCIA AND TRUMP FREQUENTLY CALL OUT THEIR CRITICS
Trump has long been a boxing and MMA fight. Throughout the 80's and 90's, he would frequently attend fights from the likes of Mike Tyson vs Larry Holmes, before now becoming a frequent staple cage side at UFC events where he is seen cage side with Dana White.
For some fighters like the UFC's Colby Covington, Trump has actually become part of the story, as Trump is regularly mentioned throughout press conferences and interviews.
For someone who likes to troll as much as Garcia - including recently being seen with two different women just days after being engaged to a porn star, you can expect the champ to use the divisiveness that people have against Trump to his favor.
