Bill Belichick Made His Pat McAfee Show Debut And It Was A Rollercoaster
Bill Belichick dominated his Pat McAfee debut during Thursday night's NFL Draft. From start to finish, it was a masterclass. Pure content.
Frankly, I couldn't stop watching. I was addicted. It was like a drug. Like nicotine. Fine, like cocaine!
From the word go, I couldn't take my eyes off of Bill. Maybe it was because we've just never seen him out in the wild like this? Whatever it was, it worked. He was funny, smart, kind of a dick to Drake Maye, and, at times, couldn't have cared less about what was going on.
Bill Belichick was the full package, and I couldn't get enough. Looks like I wasn't alone, either:
Bill Belichick to join Pat McAfee all fall
Just a whirlwind from start to finish, and a masterclass put on by Bill Beilichick. I don't know why, but I can't get enough of him. Same with Saban. I've been fascinated with them for decades now – mainly for their pressers – and now I get them on TV all fall trying to adapt to Pat McAfee? Sign me up.
And yes, Belichick will be on with McAfee this fall. The two announced it later in the show with a cute little skit:
See? Cute.
Anyway, Belichick was great. He hates Drake Maye, which is hilarious. And how about the Mentalist skit?
Bill was checked out for most of it, cackled like a school girl at the stupid joke about the letter opener that wasn't really that funny, and then bowed down to him at the end. Insane sequence.
Anyway, Nick Saban crushed his College GameDay debut earlier in the day, and Bill Belichick followed suit with Pat McAfee later in the night.
We're in good hands this football season.
