Anthony Edwards' Bring Ya Ass Is Taking Over Minnesota, Giving People Free TP

The Minnesota Timberwolves are making a run through the NBA playoffs and shooting guard Anthony Edwards has coined a new unofficial slogan for the State of Minnesota: "Bring Ya Ass."

Now, the state seems to be embracing it and it could get you some free toilet paper, which with the way prices at the grocery store are these days is always cool.

It all started when the T-Wolves eliminated the reigning champion Denver Nuggets on Sunday. TNT's Charles Barkley told Edwards in an interview that it had been 20 years since he had been in Minnesota.

Edwards issued his simple three-word response — "Bring ya ass" — and the rest is history.

Explore Minnesota, the state's tourism website has already gotten in on it.

Better yet, Front Office Sports reports that they've already gotten their hands on BringYaAss.com, which I'm kind of surprised was available and not already taken by a very different kind of website.

They aren't the only ones smart enough to strike while the "Bring ya ass" iron is hot.

Bim Bam Boo is a toilet paper brand based in Minneapolis, and they're offering free TP and wipes to the many new asses that will be rolling into town thanks to Anthony Edwards' now immortal words.

Let's take a second to address how amazing this situation is: imagine an athlete from your city goes viral with a comment that becomes the state's new unofficial motto and it just so happens that said motto uses the word "ass."

Meanwhile, you run a toilet paper company that just so happens to be based in that same city.

That's like winning the lottery and being struck by lightning at the same time.

That's what Bim Bam Boo has been gifted right now and they're taking advantage of it by offering some free TP using their own domain, WipeYaAss.com (web domain companies are making some serious dough off of this too, I guess).

You've got to love to see home teams so welcoming to visiting fans' asses instead of just calling them "asses."

The Timberwolves' Western Conference Final series against the Dallas Mavericks gets underway on Wednesday night.
