Aaron Rodgers Makes Cameo At Yankee Stadium As Special Guest

Aaron Rodgers in Yankee Stadium sighting!

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers took time out of his Monday to watch the Yankees at home

As the NFL's premier conspiracy theorist, Rodger lives in the headlines, evoking a modern Joe Namath persona as a player and socialite. He makes tabloid headlines for appearing in public next to hated figures in society and pulled this trick again on Monday by joining the Yankees as a special guest.

The Dallas Cowboys of the MLB welcomed Rodgers. More specifically, Yanks starting pitcher Marcus Stroman invited Rodgers as his special guest for Monday's start against the Mariners.

Unfortunately, Rodgers left his magic victory crystals at home, and the Yanks lost 5-4 to Seattle. Still, every Rodgers cameo manages to be box office. Even the WFAN broadcast sat around and speculated on Rodgers' conversations in the stadium box.

"Wonder what he's talking about," Todd Frazier asked Michael Kay.

"Could be anything," Kay responded.

The Yanks started a four-game set at home on the wrong foot. Meanwhile, Rodgers is trying to start the new season on the right foot.

Rodgers will be back in the Monday Night Football spotlight for the Jets in Week 1 — facing off against a dominant San Francisco 49ers pass rush — and one year since he completely ruptured his left Achilles tendon.
