Charly Arnolt
Charly Arnolt joined OutKick in April 2023 to develop and co-host a new weekday morning show that will launch ahead of football season that will not only cover sports, but also dive into pop culture, news and politics. She takes on this role while maintaining her current position as a host and reporter for UFC.
Previously, Arnolt worked at ESPN for nearly 5 years, joining in September 2018, as a multi-platform host and reporter contributing to many of ESPN’s signature brands including First Take and SportsCenter, along with appearing on ESPN+’s weekday morning show, SportsNation. In January 2021, Arnolt launched the network's first ever all-female driven podcast entitled First Take, Her Take.
During the first half of her ESPN tenure, Arnolt worked simultaneously at WWE, where she first gained attention nationally starting in June 2016 as a host and backstage interviewer going by the stage name Charly Caruso.
Originally from Indianapolis, Arnolt’s extensive broadcasting career has also included hosting a nationally syndicated radio show and a self-created web series, both of which combined sports, entertainment and comedy. Additionally, she spent several years as an anchor/reporter on local FOX, CBS and NBC affiliates across Indiana, Missouri and West Virginia covering the NFL, NBA, IndyCar and a variety of college sports.
Arnolt is a NASM certified personal trainer. She also attended American University in Washington, D.C. and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and minors in Spanish and criminal justice.
