Starbucks is a 2.5 mile drive; the same shopping center has a grocery store where other famous people grab their cucumber tonics. LAX is 19 miles.

Mortgage: (LOLOLOLOL) $31,050 or so a month. You're looking at around $50,000 a year in taxes and you can be sure those are going up.
