Tom Brady's Boston-Area Mansion Finally Off The Market

Per Boston.com, Brady's 12,112-square-foot mansion had been on the market for several months and was originally listed at $39.5 million. It is rumored to have sold for about $7 million less than that.

"Maggie Gold Seelig, the listing agent and founder of luxury boutique firm MGS Group Real Estate, could confirm only that the property sold to a Boston-area buyer," Boston.com reported.

The mansion is located next to The Country Club in Brookline and has five bedrooms, a yoga room, a gym and a guest house.
