Titans Fan Gets To Train With Titans Safety Kevin Byard

If you have ever sat around wondering what it would be like to train with an NFL athlete, you just may have your answer. Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Byard recently shared a video of him working out with a fan, and it's pretty entertaining.

We get to see only a few warmup drills, but it looks like the fan is holding his own. He even throws in a little TikTok dance at the end of the second drill, showing absolutely no signs of fatigue. However, I would have loved to have seen what he was like after the workout was complete.

Now if this guy somehow manages to pass this first test, the next level should include the final boss: Titans running back Derrick Henry. I don't know about you, but that would absolutely be content I would want to watch.
