Raiders' Josh Jacobs Arrested For A DUI In Vegas, Intends To Plead Not Guilty

According to the Las Vegas Metro Police, Raiders' running back Josh Jacobs was arrested this morning and charged with a DUI after a single-car accident.

However, Jacobs' attorney made a statement on his client's behalf that says otherwise, so we don't know whom to believe.

"We intend to enter a not guilty plea on behalf of Mr. Jacobs if he is ever charged," he said.

It might be the quickest not guilty plea in DUI history or a clear misunderstanding between the two sides.

Jacobs was transported to a local hospital after the accident to treat minor injuries. If the report turns out to be true, Raiders head coach Jon Gruden can't be thrilled with his team's lack of discipline this year, but at least they don't have a playoff game coming up.
