Packers To Allow 6,000 Season-Ticket Holders For Divisional Playoff Game At Lambeau Field

When the Green Bay Packers take the field for their first playoff game next weekend, they will have at least some fans in the stands at Lambeau Field.

The team announced Friday that season ticket holders as well as invited frontline healthcare workers and first responders will attend the team's divisional playoff game.

Approximately 6,000 tickets will be available for purchase by season ticket holders, who over the summer opted in to receive on-sale information via email.

The tickets will go on sale through Ticketmaster on Tuesday. By then, Green Bay (13-3) will know which team they will play in their divisional playoff game.

With the way the NFC seedings play out, the team will likely play the winner of Saturday evening's game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Washington Football Team. The only way that would change is if the Los Angeles Rams or Chicago Bears pull off an upset this weekend against the Seattle Seahawks or New Orleans Saints.

Tickets for the NFC divisional playoff game won't be cheap, ranging from $127 to $177, based on location. A service fee from Ticketmaster will be charged as well. No tickets will be sold through the Packers' ticket office.

"Our players have enjoyed the energy provided by the limited fans we've had over the past four games. We're looking forward to welcoming our Season Ticket Holders to add to that atmosphere in the playoffs," said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy.

"We've seen our COVID-19 protocols in action and are confident we can safely add additional fans."

If the Packers win their divisional playoff game, they will host the NFC title game at Lambeau Field the following Sunday, January 24th at 3:05pm EST. The game will be televised on FOX.
