Eagles Fans WERE NOT Arrested For Alleged Bathroom Sex At Panthers Stadium, Cops Report

It turns out the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police who pulled a male and a female out of a Bank of America Stadium bathroom stall couldn't confirm or deny that the Eagles fans were banging inside the tight quarters during Sunday's Philly-Carolina game.

And while the Internet was 100% certain the couple was arrested for their antics, a rep from the police department tells TMZ that the couple wasn't arrested. The police removed the female from the restroom and both were escorted out of the stadium.

While it makes for a fun Internet story that the two were arrested, police have better things to do than haul off a possibly horny couple who may or may not have been engaging in sexcapades.

Stadium police around the NFL have better things to do than taking these two to the county jail. Fights in the stands have been a bigger problem around the league than two hornballs making out in a disgusting men's restroom stall.
