Doug Pederson Benched Jalen Hurts for Nate Sudfeld; Tanking?

In a game that swings who will represent the NFC East in the NFL Playoffs, Doug Pederson has astoundingly benched Jalen Hurts for Nate Sudfeld in the fourth quarter.

This can only be interpreted as a middle finger to the Giants and their fans who need the Eagles to win this game. Cris Collinsworth is discussing the move on NBC like Pederson is looking to evaluate all the quarterbacks on his roster by putting Sudfeld in. Pederson and the Eagles will never in a million years admit it but it honestly feels like they are tanking.

It bears mentioning that the Eagles pick ninth in the NFL Draft if they win and sixth if they lose. You can't get the players not to try, but if Pederson knows 100 percent he'll be there next year it really is in his best interest to lose this game.
