TV Teddy Valentine Was Up To His Old Ways Last Night During Saint Louis-VCU

Saint Louis and VCU were all tied at 65 with 9.5 seconds to play Tuesday night when the legendary TV Teddy Valentine decided it was time to shine instead of swallowing his whistle. Watch the video with the sound on and then watch where the ball's at when Ted decides he needs to make a call.

VCU's Adrian Baldwin Jr. drives to the basket, and Yuri Collins is there playing tough defense. According to Ted, it was too tight. FOUL. You make the call here. Is TV Teddy right?

Baldwin made both free throws, Saint Louis missed a shot at the buzzer, VCU celebrates a win to get to 17-5 with a chance to move off of Joe Lunardi's No. 11 line. Saint Louis, which needed this one bad after waking up Tuesday as Lunardi's No. 73 seed, is now 11-5 and needs to do some serious work down the stretch to inch their way into tournament contention.
