WATCH: Jokic, Morris 'Fight' Features More Pushing Than Child Birth

Aside from free, 100% cotton, extra large t-shirts for all fans in attendance, about the only thing that could make an NBA game in early November exciting is a fight. And that's what fans in Denver got on Monday night...kind of.

The Nuggets and Heat engaged in what the NBA regularly refers to as a fight, though most warm-blooded males would consider the altercation more child's play than brawl.

In the waning minutes of a Denver blowout, Miami forward Markieff Morris tossed an unnecessary shoulder into the chest of the Nuggets' Nikola Jokic, leading players from both teams to engage in the kind of pushing and crying that is usually associated with hour 12 of child birth.

Upon receiving Morris' mid-court love tap, Jokic charged the Heat player from behind and threw all of his 6'11, 280 pound frame into Morris, sending him to the floor. Naturally, players from both teams puffed their chests and shouted obscenities towards one another, inciting all the fear of a kindergartener threatening to run away from home!

Referees quickly halted the NBA's version of Gatti-Ward and ejected Jokic from the game. Shockingly, Morris was able to be nursed back to health and make a full recovery.

As is customary for professional athletes after any notable event like eating dinner, awakening from a nap, booking an Uber or being involved in a tussle, Morris' brother took to Twitter post game to thumb out his version of a threat.

"Waited till bro turned his back smh. NOTED," tweeted Morris' twin brother, Marcus, a forward with the Clippers.

Jokic's brothers, who appear capable of inflicting some damage if need be, quickly responded, tweeting: "You should leave this the way it is instead of publicly threatening our brother! Your brother made a dirty play first. If you want to make a step further be sure we will be waiting for you!! Jokic Brothers."

Markieef is yet to directly respond to the brothers Jokic, though he did seemingly pacify the situation, tweeting: "I love to see the hate! No doubt I took a hard foul which I always do but I've never hit a man with his back turned! Luckily we built different over here. I can take my licks and keep pushing. Joker 1 smooth 0 lol."

It appears unlikely these two sets of brothers will be arranging a play date prior to the next game between the Heat and Nuggets (November 29th in Miami), but you never know what can happen when push comes to shove.
