Kwame Brown Just Laid Out Matt Barnes, Stephen Jackson, Gilbert Arenas On The Twitter Streets

Matt Barnes, Stephen Jackson, and Gilbert Arenas discussed via podcast earlier this week as to why former no. 1 overall pick Kwame Brown was a bust. They said he was a "show pony" and had essentially nothing good to say.

Welp, Kwame Brown just came swinging down from the rafters to dunk on all three of the em'. And rightfully so. Can't speak like that and expect nothing to happen.

When any player stepping up to Gilbert Arenas, who's on record packing guns in his locker, and Stephen Jackson, who jumped into the crowd at the malice at the Palace, you're not afraid of anyone. Kwame Brown gave off major lion vibes here and it's absolutely terrifying.

It's easy to point and laugh at Brown for not becoming the NBA star he was projected to be in his early 20's, but there's surely more at play than he just "didn't work hard". If anything, this environment of laughing at failed athletes only makes our youth more afraid to try and fail at anything.

First Kwame Brown had to deal with being the butt of Stephen A's "scrub" rant -- now he has Matt Barnes, who was a freakin' role player clowning on his career. It's whack and deserving of a clapback.

Brown wasn't done, though:

As soon as Kwame saw the comments, he fired back a response on his Instagram.

""I'm gonna give you feminine n****** what you been asking for. You n***** been talkin' a lot, saying a lot of things you don't know what the f*** you talkin' about," Brown said.

"Y'all get on the internet and y'all report things that make no goddamn sense. I grew up in an era where you don't play with grown-ass men and I think both of you two gentlemen know, personally, that I'm a grown-ass man."

Unfortunately for Kwame, these former hoopers think they know everything about each other's careers because they played. That logic is part of the reason why we see as many uninformed athletes speak out as we do. All I'm saying is it seems in their best interest to avoid Brown at all costs. He doesn't seem to be a show pony anymore...
