James Harden Traded to Nets

James Harden is getting traded from the Houston Rockets to the Brooklyn Nets, according to multiple reports:







Harden has been on a mission to get out of Houston since before the season even began. He showed up to training camp late and out of shape, and he has repeatedly quarreled with coaches and teammates. Last night, he gave a press conference saying his situation was unsalvageable and got up and left. And yet, now he finds himself with a team that could be favorites to win the Eastern Conference, the Nets. His unprofessional behavior led directly to a better situation.

Adding Harden definitely allows the Nets to rely less on Kyrie Irving, another NBA player whose behavior has been unprofessional. One intriguing part of this trade is that Harden and Kevin Durant, who were teammates in Oklahoma City, will be reunited.
