'A Move Is The Only Answer' - Tito Ortiz Is Selling Huntington Beach House
Are you interested in living in the People's Republic of COVID restrictions? Tito Ortiz, The Huntington Beach Bad Boy, is officially selling his spacious Huntington Beach, California house where you can hunker down in a spacious castle with water access in case Gavin Newsom's COVID police start coming door-to-door and you need to escape to the Pacific Ocean.
The four-bedroom, four-bath house spread over nearly 4,000 sq. ft., hit the market this week with an asking price of a flat $6 million and a belief that Tito is ready to deal it to one of you bleeding-heart blue checkmarks who want to live under the fist of Newsom.
Yes, this is the house that he shared with Jenna Jameson. Yes, this is the house that Oprah toured in 2009 with Jameson. In August, Ortiz announced his engagement to Amber Nichole Miller, who served as one of the UFC's first ring girls.
While Miller won't reveal exactly where the family is headed, she did shine a light on why the Huntington Beach Bad Boy was leaving town.
"I’m so thankful to have made the enormous decision to sell everything and move away from everyone and all that I had grown to call home in Las Vegas… to Huntington Beach and fall in love with a man who had two small children," Miller wrote on Instagram.
"Tito and I have done our very best to raise Journey & Jesse to become loving, compassionate, smart, creative, polite young men. After last year’s disastrous zoom/in-person school we made the decision to pull them from the California school system before they were forced over-sexualized, decisive, and well opinion based curriculum.
"Homeschooling is obviously a challenge but we are doing it!! However, as our beautiful state continues to plummet into an unrecognizable home…. We’ve decided a move is the only answer!! Our boys come first and we know the importance and High School memories and we don’t want them to miss out them!!"

Let's get down to the details left out by Tito's realtor. This house is just a five-mile drive from the nearest Whole Foods where you can mingle with fellow California weirdos as you hunt down the cucumber seltzer water. It's 33 miles south of LAX, 19 miles from Disneyland, 10 miles from Eddie's Liquor Jr. Market. There's one small park on the island where Tito's house is located.
Mortgage: approximately $26,000 a month...but figure on that number going up for the rest of your life if this is your forever home as the COVID Republic of California continues to jack up taxes.
