New Era Just Dropped The Ugliest Baseball Hats In Human History

Upon request from my world class editor Cortney Wilmering, I will be addressing New Era's latest alternate baseball hats. If spinners from the early 2000s were a collection of hats, these would be them.

My first impression is simply how busy New Era went with these. All they did was keep the classic logo in the center and stitch the full lettering over the top. Then, for some reason, they randomly added English font. Why?

The good news is that literally no one will buy these hats. Might be the first collection in the history of sports that won't sell a single unit after launch because they're that bad. These lids are almost as bad as whatever these were:

At least those shaded your neck on a hot summer day. New Era's latest drop is 2021 birth control, and I'm here to stop anyone from buying them. Maybe this is how the company plans to attack the population crisis?
