Honus Wagner Cards Still Bringing In Insane Money

President Joe Biden has destroyed a lot of business in the Unites States, but there's one thing he can't touch (knock on wood):

Trading cards.

Over the weekend, a Honus Wagner card sold for $3,751,500. This sale is now the fifth most expensive card of all time.

This card was rated as a PSA 2, which is considered "good" condition. And if you're wondering how many of these cards are in circulation, I looked.

Between 60 and 200 of this card were produced, and as you can imagine, a few have been destroyed. Not anyone's fault because how could they have known trading cards would be worth this type of money 100 years later? Most probably ended up in the hands of children or people who didn't care about making trading cards a business.

The Pirates Hall of Famer went on to win the World Series in this year's edition of the card.

Now, I know what you're thinking: I would never spend almost $4 million on a card. Well, I wouldn't either, but we have nothing to worry about. This will never be affordable anyway. And if you have any Mike Trout rookie cards -- hang onto that bad boy.
