Joe Buck's Classy St. Louis House Appears To Have A Buyer
When you put a beautiful house on the market in St. Louis that has a beautiful open floor plan, plenty of space for her and an abundance of space for him, that house isn't going to stay on the market long, as Joe Buck found out this week. The Fox Sports legend and his wife, Michelle Beisner-Buck, who is a features reporter for ESPN, listed their 7,422 sq. ft. beauty a week ago, and it already appears to have a buyer.
Joe and Michelle, who bought the beautiful estate back in May, watched their six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath house in the Ladue section of St. Louis go pending this week with an asking price of $3,295,000.
From realtor Dooley Rowe of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty:
Tucked away on six private acres this estate offers casual open living plus all the outdoor amenities you desire. Entry boasts high ceilings and a welcoming atmosphere with a natural flow into the perfectly crafted living room and dining room. Handsome office off entry with unique barrel ceiling and built-in bookcases.
Rich hardwood floors throughout. Spacious great room with beautiful views of the outdoor living spaces offers two french doors. Large high-end kitchen with a touch of elegance. This home is ideal for entertaining and comfortable living. Four main floor ensuite bedrooms. Private owner's suite with a spectacular view of private acreage plus luxury bathroom and two large walk-in closets. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a huge family room with unlimited possibilities.
The lower level includes an entertaining space with a wet bar, a wine cellar and two exercise spaces, and a full bath. Breathtaking covered patio with stone fireplace wall and built-in grill, pool, and spa all overlooking the exceptional grounds.
Before we move on here, I have to give credit to Buck's realtor for her ability to write a property description. Many realtors are a complete disaster when it comes to writing up a coherent description. Great work, Dooley.
Anyway, the Bucks' new house must be amazing because it sure would be hard to give up this dream house that has plenty of space for Joe, Michelle and his twin boys to hit Wiffle balls, shoot hoops, watch games, swim, have the entire Cardinals starting lineup over for beers and hot dogs. I'm telling you right now this would be a tough one to give up, but the Bucks have moved on and have a buyer.
