ARod-Melanie Collins Officially Heats Up With Jet Ski Ride

A day after ARod tried to make it sound like sideline reporter Melanie Collins was just a friend on his yacht rental off the coast of Ibiza, the recently dumped former slugger jumped on a jet ski with the former bikini model and it looks like it's officially game on between these two.

The Daily Mail reports that ARod & Collins rode their jet ski past JLo's $130 million yacht that she's living on with Ben Affleck while enjoying summer in the same location as ARod's vacation. Photos of ESPN Sunday Night's color commentator and CBS's NFL reporter show the two out on a ride with Eric and Jessie James Decker.

It's pretty much your typical day out with a new vacation fling-type thing. The guy is celebrating his 46th birthday on this yacht trip. He's not taking Melanie, 35, out for a charity ride around Ibiza for the hell of it. Let's cut to the chase here, folks. This is pure romance, ARod style.

Besides the jet ski ride, these two have also been spotted licking on ice cream in their all-white attire. Still, ARod's team of handlers insists this isn't what you think it is. “They’re friends. He’s on vacation. He’s single and having fun,” a source told Page Six.

What's clear here is that this is by far the biggest career moment for Collins, who has had a slow climb up the sideline ladder to finally land the CBS NFL job where she's still not garnering exposure like sideline reporters did during the Erin Andrews heyday.
