There's a stinking black water issue in the Mexican beach resort town. I'm not some water expert, but I watched the video of the black water flowing into the ocean and I have a feeling I know what's in that black water. A person recorded the vile sight from a hotel room after a three-month coronavirus quarantine that had improved the quality of the beach. “The constant outflow of black water lasted approximately 25 minutes, which came with a lot of pressure,” an eyewitness who wished to remain anonymous told Reuters.
Of course the government said it wasn't sewage or a drainage system failure. You know, just random black water rushing into the ocean. Nbd.
