When it comes to racial politics, The Political Party of Science (Democrats) abandons belief in evolution.
According to the revolutionary radicals at the base of the Democratic Party, to cleanse our soil and souls of systemic racism, monuments, symbols, statues and institutions that in any way remind us of America’s unenlightened views on race must be eradicated.
Presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Woodrow Wilson, the Star-Spangled Banner, Union General Ulysses S. Grant and explorer Christopher Columbus find themselves in the same Black Lives Matter and Antifa crosshairs as the Confederate flag, Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis.
Washington and Jefferson owned slaves. Wilson defended segregation. Francis Scott Key, the author of the Star-Spangled Banner, owned slaves. General Grant held bigoted views. Columbus’ exploration of America led to the mistreatment of native Indians.
The logic driving the real-time rewriting of our shared imperfect history is that our nation has not and cannot evolve until every reference to our flawed past is destroyed.
It’s the same logic Joseph Stalin used to consolidate power in the Soviet Union. The Soviet dictator and leader of the Communist Party from 1922 to 1952 eliminated his enemies, critics and rivals from history books. He rewrote Soviet history in his image. The reshaping of history provided Stalin moral cover for ethnic cleansing, deportations, executions and a totalitarian government.
In its wanton lust for power, America’s oldest political party is allowing its rabid base — Black Lives Matter and Antifa — to reshape history in a fashion that empowers the Democratic Party.
Their actions say there’s a single path to racial evolution and enlightenment. The path isn’t through submission to God, a spiritual awakening, study of the life of Jesus Christ, commitment to the principles taught in the Bible or any of the nonsense at the foundation of Creationism. The path isn’t through the advancement of Western Civilization.
The roadway to racial enlightenment is through submission to the Democratic Party, pledging allegiance to progressive politics and the rejection of the conservative values taught in the church.
The only people capable of racial evolution and progress are the people celebrity influencers in the media, entertainment and sports world classify as liberals. Democrats. Everyone else is racist and worthy of eradication.
That is why the Democratic Party — the pro-slavery party, the pro-Jim Crow party, the anti-Civil Rights party — isn’t under attack from Black Lives Matter and Antifa.
Think about it. There is no stronger, living historical symbol of anti-black racism than the Democratic Party. Its current presidential candidate, Joe Biden, has a racial history so troubling that New York Magazine, a liberal media outlet, published a piece in 2019 titled: “Will Black Voters Still Love Biden When They Remember Who He Was?”
The Founding Fathers must go but the Democratic Party remains in good standing. Why?
Does its self-proclaimed and highly-marketed record of racial accomplishment outweigh its well-documented and indisputable racist past? Or is there an incredible double standard at work here? Are the actions of Black Lives Matter and Antifa just another organized political ploy of deception?
Joe Biden and the Democratic Party seem desperate to retain their power to define blackness in political terms.
This is why I reject politics and a political identity. The hypocrisy and the deceit run too deep. The binary choice — liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican — provokes the abandonment of logic, reason and fact.
I believe in Creationism and Evolution. I believe God created us in a manner that allows us to evolve. America is a living testament to God’s power and human evolution.
This nation’s flawed Founding Fathers reflect an era of global racial unenlightenment and symbolize the grace and mercy of written words inspired by a belief in a higher power.
They composed the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution with enough substance, foresight and flexibility to justify the expungement of slavery, Jim Crow and segregation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
Those words, written in 1776, were not intended to emancipate black slaves, but 87 years later they did just that.
I make no apologies for maintaining respect for the men who laid the foundation for my rise from poverty, my enlightenment and my personal evolution.
America’s evolution is something we should mark and celebrate, not destroy and replace.
